the water heater in my room was tripping, such a delightful surprise! oh, and trying to microwave toast was a no-go, just jam for breakfast. you'd think as a guest I’d get a simple upgrade after all the drama, but apparently not. I almost wrote a glowing review, but here we are, stuck with mediocre service instead.
